He has sat across the table from Main Contractors, local authorities, planning bodies and funding organisations, and knows how to keep every party pointed the same way.
Additionally, Glyn has strong skills in business development, stakeholder management, supply chain development, and procurement, including OJEU, frameworks and competitive tendering. He is highly proficient in managing contracts under JCT, NEC, FIDIC and bespoke UK and international agreements. His expertise ensures the seamless management of contractual elements, providing operational oversight and implementing change management processes to drive project success.
